Check-in / Check-out times
Checking in and out in Houseboat room Diem is simple and easy. Check-in between 15:00 and 22:00 and check out at 12:00. The times can be adjusted in consultation. Click the button to read more about check-in and check-out.
House rules
Because we have neighbours and there maybe other guests staying in on of our houseboat rooms; we made some house rules to make your stay and that of others as nice as possible. Also regarding pets; which are not allowed. Click the button to read more about our house rules.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is free of charge up to 1 day prior to the date of arrival. For example arrival Friday, cancellation is free of charge until Wednesday. For bookings from abroad, there is no refund of the advance payment. If canceled from 1 day before date of arrival, 100% of the first night’s rate will be charged (average reservation amount per night). For bookings from abroad, there is no refund of the advance payment. After arrival cancel or early departure during the stay, the entire stay (confirmed total travel sum) will be charged. Cancellations can only be made in writing via the contact form on the website or by email via info@morpheus.amsterdam. Morpheus Bed & Breakfast always has the right to withdraw the reservation more than 2 days prior to the date of arrival without giving reasons. Paid advances are refunded to the main guest at no cost.
